Char-Broil is America's oldest grill brand. We are a family-owned grill and grill accessories manufacturer located in Columbus, Georgia, USA. Char-Broil is one of the US market leaders in gas barbecues and sells outdoor cooking appliances in Canada, Latin America, Australia, and Europe.

Our UK sales organisation is currently searching for a highly motivated, results-driven UK & Ireland E-Commerce, Reporting and Execution Manager.

The person will report directly to the UK General Sales Manager (GSM) and will play an integral role in defining strategies, priorities, and investments to drive market share in the E-commerce channel, as well as being the sales reporting lead for the team and supporting in-store execution of marketing activities

As this is primarily a Sales/eCommerce role, the successful candidate will be home-office based in the UK. However they will need to have a full UK driving licence and be prepared to travel and work away from home as required.

Job requirements

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Develop and execute effective sales channel and customer strategies to drive growth.

  • Increase sales and profitability across key accounts.

  • Negotiate annual "win-win" growth trading agreements with retailers.

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with external partners and internal teams.

  • Manage, control, and optimise Trade Promotion Investments (TPI).

  • Enhance brand visibility and performance through Search Engine Optimisation (SEO).

  • Analyse UK sales team performance and retailer sales data to identify trends and opportunities.

  • Provide hands-on in-store support to ensure flawless execution of sales activities across the UK.

YOUR PROFILE:

  • At least 3 years of experience in eCommerce.

  • Strong numerical and analytical skills, with the ability to interpret complex data.

  • Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to influence and negotiate with retailers in person.

  • A proactive, “can-do” attitude and practical problem-solving approach.

  • Flexibility to travel and work away from home as needed (full driving licence required).
